There is a yogic saying that if yoga calls to you in this life, you were a yogi in a past life. There’s always another lesson to learn my friends! We’ve all seen the Instagram yogis, and while it can be inspiring and beautiful, it at the same time has generated this notion that yoga is only for the genetic lottery winners (naturally thin and bendy). These assumptions are just not true, and my teachings dive into different segments of this broad and varied practice of yoga to dispel those Instagram inaccuracies. I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. I’ve been a traveling holistic healer for eight years, and doing yoga regularly for a decade. I have had the pleasure of guiding many in their physical & emotional healing journeys through massage, energy work, diet, yoga and meditation. From the Midwest, to California, to Nevada’s high desert, to the deep swampy south - and now to the bays of Virginia. I’m a self employed Navy veteran and appreciate those who support myself and other small veteran owned businesses. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Slow Flow 60 Minutes
Resetting your Pace
My Slow Flow class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. Grab a mat, don’t forget your water bottle, and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed. Private Lesson ~ $30

Vinyasa Flow 60-70 Minutes
Build Endurance
Vinyasa Flow is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body. Just like the sun rising over the horizon, this class gradually builds up heat. Private Lesson ~ $30

Mysore 90 Minutes
Build Strength & Find Flexibility
Bring your own practice, or learn primary Ashtanga series. This class is partially led, but mostly self paced once learned. Ashtanga knowledge is not required! Let me hold space for you in this gently heated 90 minute session. Offered Wednesday & Friday (5:30pm) and Sunday mornings (8:30am) on site. Contact me for more details.

Travel Fee & Side Notes

Private lessons can be done at your personal home or on site. Travel fee is 60 cents per mile (one way). This fee is not charged when on site.
Side note #1: You are not required to have a mat to start with me! I provide mat cleaner, a Manduka yoga mat, and props (cork blocks and a strap). FREE of charge. These are only available during our private lessons so I recommend, of course, to invest in your own mat and props to keep consistent with your practice!
Side Note #2: All private lessons and applicable fees are paid for, in full, before class begins. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund. No ifs, ands, buts, or coconuts 🥥 about it.
Side Note #3: I accept cash and card via Square.
Additional Helpful Information: *** I offer class packages in whatever increments you’d like. You can control and customize your goals and timeline this way. When you buy a package of 5 or more classes at a time, I offer a 10% discount! *** I have always had something I call The Good Karma Program. With this program, anyone you refer to me, and completes their booker class with me, will earn you $10 off another class with me. It’s the least I can do for those who spread nice words about me.
